Troy Crossfield, CEO of Crossfield House Productions (CHP), is a seasoned playwright, writer, and film producer with over 7 years of experience. Renowned for crafting soul-stirring narratives, his work has earned him accolades such as the 2018 People’s Choice Award for Stage Production of the Year. Troy‘s talents extend beyond the stage and screen; he is also a signed actor and songwriter with OAZ acting agency and Sony ATV respectively. His achievements include winning the 2023 People’s Choice By Blacks Award for Director of the Year and recognition as one of the Outstanding Black Men in Canada in 2022. Notable films he has directed and produced, such as ‘SOAP DISH’ and ‘Out of Order,’ have received acclaim at prestigious festivals like the Montreal Black Film Festival. In addition to his creative endeavors, Troy actively fosters a supportive community for Black men through his initiative, Iron Sharpens Iron.
