Apply to access legal services to assist with your business related matters by reputable, trusted professionals

We are delighted to provide a new, ground-breaking initiative to support Black-led small businesses and Black entrepreneurs.
This national, pro bono initiative is designed to empower up-and-coming Black talent to achieve their business objectives by offering much-needed legal assistance to our members from coast to coast.
If you are a business owner seeking support with legal services related to, but not limited to, corporate governance, corporate and commercial agreements, employment matters, intellectual property, tax advice and litigation, please fill out an inquiry form to express your interest below.

Program Highlights

Step 1: Fill out the Pro Bono Legal Services form

Once applications have opened, we invite you to fill out an application form.

This form paints a picture of your specific business legal needs. 

Provide as much detail as you can. All information will remain private.

Step 2: YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE reviewED

To determine if your business application is eligible for their pro bono legal services, your application will be reviewed. This application does not constitute legal services and does not create a solicitor-client relationship. This service is available to any Black business in Canada (not limited to just BEBC members).

Please note that the following services are NOT included: Family law matters, Criminal law matters, or Immigration law.
