We will achieve this with investments in creating
−Improvement in education quality and universality of access
−Improvement in safe, rapid, efficient transportation systems for humans, animals, cargo
−Improvement in infrastructure amenities such as electricity, public sanitation, potable water distribution, internet, and communications
−Investment in social-entrepreneurship projects with results proven to increase universal access to services and opportunities which improve a community’s livelihoods, or eliminate those issues that hamper their ability to thrive
−Mitigation or elimination of the negative environmental effects of mining, including pollution of ground-water resources, dredging operations in fragile coastal areas, negative impacts of mineral transport with heavy vehicles, and deforestation CARE Inc. is actively seeking to form, with the Canadian Government, a Comprehensive, Progressive and Fair Agreement for a Trans-Atlantic Sierra Leone Partnership (CPFATASLP)
