The Jr Black Achievement Awards is a non-profit organization that strives to empower Black Youth and their families through training, recognition and access to education.

We are working towards a community that celebrates the success, culture, and heritage of the Black Community in BC.

We believe in building the health and wellness, improving the financial well-being of the members, in supporting the growth and development of the Black Community in BC, and in increasing access to funds for the Black Youth.

We believe that the Black Community should be part of the decision-making processes and policy creations in society, and that our work will make that possible.
